Why approval before sending matters

Cold email goes out under your name. An AI writer that is right nine times in ten still sends the tenth email, and that one is the reply you get screenshotted. Approval costs a few seconds per email and removes the tail risk.

What a good approval step needs

1. The evidence next to the email. Show the sentence from the prospect's site that the email relies on, and the page it came from.
2. Fast keys. Approve, reject and edit from the keyboard, so reading is the only slow part.
3. Batch approval after reading, never a timer that approves for you.
4. Rejections that become rules, so the same mistake is not drafted twice.
5. Undo until the email has actually left.
6. Checks before you see it: hype words, links, invented numbers and missing opt-out lines are refused automatically.

How Honest Intros does it

Every draft arrives in a queue with its quote highlighted. Press A to approve, X to reject with a reason, E to edit, U to undo. An edited email is checked again before it is saved. Nothing is sent from the queue until you approve it, and approved emails still go out slowly, in the recipient's working hours.
