Approval queue
An approval queue is a screen where every drafted email waits for a person to read it and approve, edit or reject it before it can be sent.
Why it matters when you send from your own Gmail
Nothing in Honest Intros is sent until a person approves it. That protects your name and your inbox from an email that is wrong, invented or aimed at the wrong person, which is a common complaint about tools that send automatically. A rejection is also kept as a reason, so the same kind of mistake is not drafted again for that campaign. Reading each email takes seconds, and it is the cheapest quality check in the whole process.
Example
Thirty drafts arrive overnight. You read each, approve 26, reject two for quoting a page that is out of date and edit two. Only the 28 you approved or edited are sent.
What to do
Read the observation line first, check it against the page it came from, and reject any email where you cannot find the fact. Use the rejection reason to say why, in a few words.
